HubSpot cleanup sprint for SaaS and B2B teams

By Mayank Raj · Kingdom of Kumar · Updated 31 October 2026

Direct answer: Kingdom of Kumar runs HubSpot cleanup as a scoped sprint: audit, then fix duplicates, unused properties, bad associations and broken workflows in a sensible order, with a before and after report. We quote after a short look at your portal. Book a call or email for a scoped quote.

A messy HubSpot portal rarely needs a rebuild. It needs a cleanup done in the right order, with someone who will not delete the property your sales team quietly depends on.

Who it is for

What you get

Timeline and price

We productize cleanup sprints and quote after a short look at your portal. Our planned shape is roughly two to three weeks, confirmed in the written quote. Larger portals, migrations or custom automation on top are scoped separately. We do not publish a flat price.

How the toolkit works

Scripts do the finding. Claude Code and Cursor help us write duplicate detection, property audits and association checks against the HubSpot API, and draft the report.

People do the deciding. We do not guess which properties or workflows to keep. You approve the plan before anything is merged or archived.

The reusable ~80% is our audit scripts and report format. The custom ~20% is your portal's history and rules. This is our approach, not a measured productivity claim.

Access is scoped. We ask for the minimum private-app scopes the sprint needs. If you need an NDA, say so in your first email and we will review yours.

Not a fit if

Proof you can check

We have no client case studies yet, and we will not invent any. These are shipped things you can open:

Sister product: Cofounderbase, a directory of 971 listed AI automation agencies with a free public MCP server at https://cofounderbase.com/api/mcp/.

Market context

Market ranges we found, so you can sanity-check any quote including ours: PipelineSync lists $1,450, CleanupCRM lists a cleanup sprint from $2,500 (audit from $1,500), 360 MS Consulting lists from $2,500, MergeYourData lists $12k to $20k, and Superwork's June 2026 guide puts partner cleanup or rebuild at $8k to $15k. Scope and portal size explain most of the spread.

FAQ

What does a HubSpot cleanup actually cover?

Duplicate contacts and companies, unused or overlapping properties, wrong associations, stale lists and workflows that fire when they should not. Anything outside that, such as a rebuild, is scoped separately.

Why is there no public price?

Portal size and mess vary too much. We quote after a short look and put the scope and price in writing before work starts.

Will you delete data without asking?

No. You approve the plan first, and we archive before we delete wherever HubSpot allows it.

What access do you need?

A HubSpot private app with the minimum scopes for the audit, then the scopes for the fixes you approve. If you need an NDA first, send it with your email.

How do I know it worked?

The report shows counts before and after, such as duplicate share, properties archived and workflows retired, which you can check in the portal yourself.

Do you do HubSpot automation after cleanup?

Lightly, yes, if it follows from the cleanup. Bigger workflow builds go through the internal workflow service.
