The deal, written down.
These terms cover this website and the services Kingdom of Kumar ("we") provides to firms ("you"). Kingdom of Kumar is a studio operated from India; your contact is Mayank Raj. The legal name of the contracting party is set out in your Order Form. When you buy a project, a Master Service Agreement and Order Form are signed, and they take priority over this page.
1. What we do
We build client portals, intake and organizer workflows, websites and custom workflows for small accounting, bookkeeping and law firms, and look after them on a monthly Care plan. We don't give accounting, tax or legal advice.
2. Demos
Demos run only on made-up sample data. Please don't upload real client documents to a demo. A personalised demo usually stays online for about a week.
3. Free trial
New projects come with a 14-day free trial that starts on the day you get access. No card is needed. If you don't want to carry on, tell us before day 14 and you owe nothing; we switch the system off and delete or return anything you uploaded.

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. It is the seller on your receipt and adds any sales tax or VAT due. Founding prices hold as long as Care runs without a break. There's no lock-in: cancel Care with 30 days' notice.
5. Who owns what
Your data is always yours. Once the setup fee is paid, you own the deliverables made for your firm. We keep our own reusable tools and templates, and you get a permanent licence to use them as part of your system.
6. Confidentiality and data
We treat everything you share as confidential. Where we process personal data for you, our Data Processing Addendum applies (GDPR and UK GDPR, with transfer clauses). See Privacy and Security.
7. AI features
AI features such as document checks are aids and can be wrong. A person at your firm should review their output. Your files are never used to train models.
8. Liability
We'll do the work with reasonable skill and care and fix our own defects for free. Each party's liability is capped at the fees paid in the previous 12 months, with the exceptions set out in the Master Service Agreement. Neither side is liable for indirect losses.
9. Leaving
If you leave, we give you a full export of your data (CSV/JSON plus original files) and, once fees are settled, the code and settings for your system. We then delete your data from systems we control within 30 days and confirm in writing.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction, without taking away any protection your local law gives you that can't be contracted out of. We'd always rather sort things out by talking first.
