What I track, and how to make it stop.
Kingdom of Kumar is a small studio run by Mayank Raj. This page explains, without legalese, what data is collected when I contact you or when you look at a demo. Last updated 30 October 2026.
Emails I send
If I've emailed you about your firm, that email may contain open and click tracking: a tiny image that tells me whether the email was opened, and links that tell me whether they were clicked. I use this only to know whether to follow up, and to stop if it isn't useful to you.
I found your work address on your firm's public website. I don't buy email lists.
Demos
Personalised demos live on addresses like yourfirm.kingdomofkumar.com. They run only on made-up sample clients and fake documents, so please don't upload anything real. Demos log anonymous usage (for example, which pages were viewed and which buttons were pressed) so I can see whether the demo was helpful. They don't ask for your name and don't use advertising trackers.
A personalised demo usually stays up for about a week and then comes down. The showcase demo for Karen L. Simons CPA stays up as an example.
This website
This site uses Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly page views, no advertising cookies from us). If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, we also load Google Analytics 4 for traffic stats. The hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and time of request, for security and reliability. We don't sell data to advertisers.
How to opt out
- Reply "no thanks" to any email from me and I won't email you again.
- Or write to hello@work.kingdomofkumar.com and ask me to delete anything I hold about you. I'll confirm when it's done.
Client systems we build
When we build a portal for your firm, your firm is in charge of its clients' data and we process it for you under a written Data Processing Addendum (GDPR and UK GDPR, including transfer clauses, since we work from India). Payments for our own fees go through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which processes your billing details under its own privacy policy. Your rights
If you're in the UK, EU or Ireland you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, object to processing, or complain to your data protection authority (for example the ICO in the UK or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland). The legal basis for my outreach email is legitimate interest in offering a relevant service to a business; you can object at any time and I'll stop. If you're in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have similar rights to know and delete, and I don't sell or share personal information.
What I never do
I never sell, rent or share your data with anyone for their own marketing. When I build something for your firm, your files stay in your own storage and remain yours.
