Internal workflow automation, built for your ops team
Direct answer: Kingdom of Kumar builds internal workflow automation for ops teams: intake, triage, routing, enrichment and reporting. We use plain code or n8n for fixed steps and an AI model only for messy input, with people approving risky actions. Scoped quote by email after a short look at the process.
Cofounderbase lists agencies that do this kind of work. We also do it. Pick one repeated process, write down what a good result looks like, and we will build the smallest thing that does it reliably.
Who it is for
- Ops, RevOps and support leads with a manual process that runs every day and nobody enjoys.
- Small firms with intake through email or forms, such as law, recruiting or agencies.
- Teams working across time zones; we are India-based and can overlap with US hours by arrangement.
- Buyers who want the workflow in their own accounts, with documentation.
What you get
- A one-page process map: trigger, inputs, decisions, outputs, who approves what.
- The workflow built in your stack: code, n8n, or an agent, whichever is simplest and sturdy enough.
- Error handling and alerts, so failures do not disappear silently.
- Approval steps for sends, writes and spend.
- Documentation and a handover call.
Timeline and price
We quote after a short look at the process. Single-process builds are typically days to a few weeks; multi-system work takes longer. The written quote carries the timeline and what we need from you. No flat public price.
How the toolkit works
Fixed steps stay fixed. We use code or n8n for anything that does not need judgment, because it is cheaper and predictable.
A model is used only where input is messy, such as reading an inbound email and extracting fields. Even then, a person checks the risky outputs.
The reusable ~80% is our toolkit of Grok Bot, Claude, Cursor, shared skills and MCP patterns. The custom ~20% is your systems and rules. This is how we work, not a measured claim.
Our approach is written up in full on the methodology page.
Not a fit if
- Replacing Zapier for ten simple zaps. Keep Zapier for that.
- Processes nobody can describe.
- Teams that want a platform license rather than a build.
Proof you can check
We have no client case studies yet, and we will not invent any. These are shipped things you can open:
- Gmail + n8n inbox triage walkthrough, sample data
- Law-firm intake demo, sample data
- Recruitment OS demo, sample data

FAQ
Which processes are worth automating first?
The ones that repeat daily, have clear inputs and a checkable output: intake forms, inbox triage, lead routing, weekly reports. Rare, judgment-heavy processes usually are not.
Do you use n8n, code or AI agents?
Whichever is simplest and sturdy enough. Many builds mix them: n8n or code for the fixed steps, a model call for the messy step.
Where does the workflow run?
In your accounts where possible, so you hold the keys and can see the runs.
What happens when a step fails?
Errors raise an alert and the item waits for a person. We build that in from the start, not as an afterthought.
Do you work across time zones?
We are based in India and can arrange overlap with US or European hours. Say so in your first email.
