Hire a Claude Code developer for automation and team setup
Direct answer: Kingdom of Kumar uses Claude Code every working day to build agents, MCP servers and automations. You can hire us to set it up for your team, wire it to your tools with MCP, write skills and hooks, or build a specific automation with it. Scoped quote by email.
Installing Claude Code takes five minutes. Getting a team to use it well, on your repos and your tools, with guardrails, takes longer. We do both the setup and the building.
Who it is for
- Founders and small engineering teams already paying for Claude Code and getting uneven results.
- Ops and RevOps people who want Claude to work against internal systems, not only code.
- Teams that want repeatable skills and hooks instead of every person writing prompts from scratch.
- Buyers who want a builder, not a slide deck about AI adoption.
What you get
- Project instructions (CLAUDE.md) written around how your repo and team really work.
- Reusable skills and slash commands for the tasks you repeat.
- Hooks for guardrails, such as blocking risky commands or running checks before a change lands.
- MCP connections to the tools Claude should reach, with read and write separated.
- A specific automation built with it, if you have one in mind.
- A written handover so the setup survives without us.
Timeline and price
A focused setup is typically days; a setup plus a custom automation is quoted by email after a short look at your repo and tools. We write the timeline into the quote. If you only need an MCP connector over your API, the fixed $1,000 offer in 5 to 7 days may be enough.
How the toolkit works
We work in Claude Code and Cursor ourselves, so the skills and hooks we hand you are the ones we already run in our own builds.
The reusable ~80% is our toolkit: shared skills and MCP patterns. The custom ~20% is your repo conventions, your tools and your rules.
We keep permissions tight. Claude gets the access a task needs, and risky actions need a person to approve.
This describes our approach. It is not a measured productivity claim, and we will not promise you a speedup number.
Not a fit if
- Teams that want a training workshop with no build attached.
- Anyone expecting Claude Code to run unattended on production with no review.
- Projects that need a named enterprise vendor on the paperwork.
Proof you can check
We have no client case studies yet, and we will not invent any. These are shipped things you can open:
- Gmail + n8n inbox triage walkthrough, sample data
- MCP Security Gate, built and shipped by the studio
- Cofounderbase public MCP server
Sister product: Cofounderbase, a directory of 971 listed AI automation agencies with a free public MCP server at https://cofounderbase.com/api/mcp/.
Market context
Market context from 31 October 2026: Patronecs lists a Claude Code rollout from $1,500, and mcpdone lists a Team Setup at $999. TribeHQ and OneWave quote fixed fees after an audit. Our price is a scoped quote, so ask for one and compare the written scope.

FAQ
What are Claude Code skills and hooks, in plain terms?
Skills are saved instructions Claude loads for a task, such as your release checklist. Hooks are scripts that run at set moments, such as before a shell command, so you can block or log risky actions.
Can you connect Claude Code to HubSpot, Shopify or our internal API?
Yes, through an MCP server or a scoped API call. Read access comes first; writes are added behind confirmation only where they are worth the risk.
Do you replace our developers?
No. We set up the tooling and build specific automations. Your team keeps the code and the decisions.
Will you tell me how much faster my team will get?
No. We do not have a measured number for your team and will not invent one. We can agree a small first task and judge the result together.
Is this different from the cursor page?
The tooling differs. Claude Code is terminal-first and works well with skills and hooks. Cursor is editor-first. Many teams use both, and we set up either or both.
